Bring it on
Even though lis.to hasn't quite reached version 1.0 yet, it's already
perfectly able to support you in your daily jungle of thoughts, tasks and todos.
However, don't run a missile silo or 747 pre-takeoff checks with it just yet ;-).
Check back often, we will release in short cycles. Starting with the version 1.0 it will also
auto-update -
if you'll let it.
Note: Over-the-air syncing is not yet supported. However, it will be soon.
Manual syncing, by accessing the same data file from different platforms works nicely, though.
(e.g. through an iDisk).
Download the latest desktop client for your platform:
- Windows: listo.0.9.7.36.win.zip
- No installation required. Just download, unpack into a directory of your liking and double-click the EXE-file. You will need a current Java Version (JavaSE 6) installed on your system. If you are lacking that, lis.to will point you to the correct download location.
- Mac OS X: listo.0.9.7.36.dmg
-
Requires Mac OS X 10.5.1 or later. Download and drag lis.to your Applications folder.
Easy as pie! - Linux/Unix (Java): listo.0.9.7.36.jar.zip
- For all other operating systems you will need to download the "raw" Java version, which comes as a JAR file. If you have a Sun JavaSE 6 JRE installed and in your path just open a shell at the directory you unpacked into and run "java -jar listo.jar".
- Java source code: http://listo.googlecode.com
- Since the lis.to desktop client is open source you can also download the java sources from http://listo.googlecode.com. You will need a Subversion client for an anonymous checkout, a current Sun JavaSE 6 JDK and Apache ANT to build lis.to yourself.
- iPhone: Soon. Honestly. (We want it too!)
